Annapurna Yojana Documents: EPIC, Aadhaar and Active Mobile Number
The mandatory documents and contact detail listed by the West Bengal government for Annapurna Yojana applications.
The Government of West Bengal's Annapurna Yojana information lists three important items for the application process: EPIC, Aadhaar and an active mobile number.
EPIC
EPIC is the Elector Photo Identity Card, commonly called voter ID. Use the details from the valid document and make sure the spelling and identifying information are consistent with the application.
Aadhaar
Aadhaar is listed as a mandatory document in the state scheme information. Because Aadhaar is sensitive personal information, provide it only through the official government portal or designated government office.
Active mobile number
The mobile number matters for more than contact. The official Family Level Data Collection Portal says citizen access for status checks and claim grievances uses the applied mobile number and OTP. Use a number you can continue to access.
Do not share OTPs
An OTP should be entered only into the real government portal after checking that the address is socialregistry.wb.gov.in. Government staff or an independent guide should not need you to publish or forward the OTP in a chat or comment.
Check for updated document requirements
Additional evidence can be requested depending on verification or later government orders. Use the current official scheme page rather than assuming an older checklist is complete forever.
