What we cannot do

This site cannot check an application, change beneficiary data, approve a claim, recover an OTP or access the government portal on your behalf. For those actions, use the real Family Level Data Collection Portal or the designated BDO, SDO or KMC ward office.

Do not send sensitive data

Do not send Aadhaar numbers, EPIC numbers, mobile OTPs, bank details or application credentials. An informational correction should not require those details.
