Family Level Data Collection Portal

socialregistry.wb.gov.in is the Government of West Bengal Family Level Data Collection Portal. The public page provides Citizen / Family Login and says citizens can check application status and file claim grievances using the mobile number used during application and an OTP.

Portal ownership

The government portal states that it is designed by the National Informatics Centre and that its content, data, process and operation are owned and maintained by the Finance Department, Government of West Bengal.

Annapurna Yojana information

Government of West Bengal information for Annapurna Yojana describes the benefit, eligibility conditions, required documents and submission routes. Use a current wb.gov.in scheme page or notice to verify rules before applying.

Offline routes

The state information page says the Family Level Data Collection form can also be submitted at designated BDO, SDO or Kolkata Municipal Corporation ward offices, depending on the applicant's area.

Check the address carefully

The real portal ends in wb.gov.in. Do not submit Aadhaar, EPIC, mobile OTP or banking information to a similar-looking third-party domain.
